We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to support the Content & Social Media Manager in executing Cath Kidston’s social media strategy across the company’s various social media channels, currently including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Google+ and YouTube as well as contributing content to the Brand’s blog & editorial online channels. You will help deliver our ambitious social media engagement strategy, create and curate content, manage campaigns and provide real-time management & measurement of our social media accounts.
The role will span both Marketing & eComm, perfect for a solid Marketing Coordinator who will thrive in such a hybrid role. You will have strong writing skills, a hawks-eye for attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills. On a day-to-day basis you will also work closely with key Communication and Creative teams, becoming an integral part of the Marketing team and helping us grow our loyal communities, managing internal reporting for social media activity, and guiding Customer Services staff on effective usage of social platforms. They will also help guide and monitor our international partners with their social platforms.
The post holder will need to have a good working knowledge of how to plan and execute effective social content, be comfortable with prioritising their own workload, and be creative and flexible in their approach. We’re looking for someone with outstanding communications skills, a real flair for creating social content, and a proven passion for digital and social trends.
