We are a Major Trauma Unit and the Mersey Regional Burns Unit.

The Health Work and Wellbeing department (formally Occupational Health) is based at Whiston Hospital. This exciting new opportunity supporting a forward thinking dynamic HWWB team who provide services to all Trust staff, Lead Employer which encompasses Drs in the North West as well as East Midlands, West Midlands and East of England.

The Health Work and Well Being team support managers and staff to look after their health and well-being.

This role offers a new and exciting opportunity for someone to work within the Health Work and Well Being Service and help to support the health and wellbeing of staff. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team assisting in providing support for all staff employed by St Helens and Knowsley Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. You role will involve all reception and administrative duties.

You will have a good understanding of IT systems. Have a courteous manner with awareness of medical confidentiality requirements. The ability to use a database and ensure that data quality is maintained is also a requirement. The role will include a full range of administrative tasks and communication with many different healthcare professionals.

The HWWB department is situated in Nightingale House at Whiston Hospital, in a new state of the art department with excellent facilities.
