Purpose of Role


Define and implement the marketing strategy for MyDiageo in Europe



Top Accountabilities


1. Define and manage MyDiageo’s Brand strategy and style guides including tone of voice and visuals in Europe

2. Manage the European customer segmentation and 360 profiling including outlining research required to inform this

3. Define and implement the European multi-channel content strategy and content calendar (on-site, CRM, social)

4. Define and manage multi-channel user acquisition in Europe

5. Upload and manage content on the CMS

6. Define the marketing dashboard and KPIs and constantly evaluate performance against goals

  • Head of Direct to Shopper

  • Europe Customer Marketing Directors

  • Europe Brand teams

  • Europe UX Lead

  • Europe Analytics Lead




Qualifications and experience required


Skills required

  • 3+ years’ experience of Digital Customer Marketing for an ecommerce site– ideally B2B and B2C

  • Experience of managing agencies and writing creative briefs

  • CMS experience

  • Managing and optimizing paid online campaigns e.g. Google adwords, Facebook

  • Managing SEO/SEM

  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking

  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate

  • Managing and optimizing offline marketing campaigns

  • A/B and multivariate experiments

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

  • Languages - English (fluent), additional languages would be ideal
