An opportunity has arisen for a Children and Families Worker in the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub in Coventry.
We are looking to recruit a worker who is enthusiastic, quick thinking and confident in dealing with members of the public, professionals and agencies in order to process referrals and gather information to enable an accurate initial threshold assessment to be made regarding the support that a child and their family may require.
We currently have 1 full-time vacancy within the team.This is a great opportunity to experience working in a busy, multi-agency environment that focuses on providing good quality advice to ensure that families receive appropriate support.
You will believe in providing a high-quality service that ensures that the child is at the heart of everything we do.
The MASH team is based at Broadgate House in the city centre of Coventry and provide a single point of contact for Safeguarding concerns in relation to Children.
Coventry MASH receives safeguarding concerns from professionals such as teachers, doctors as well as members of the public. For those concerns that meet threshold for Social Care involvement, representatives from the different agencies in the MASH will collate information from their respective sources to build a holistic picture of the child and their family and any associated risk.
