Urgent Care 24
Urgent Care 24 is a successful not-for-profit social enterprise delivering a range of Primary Care services on behalf of the NHS. We provide services across Halton, Knowsley, Liverpool, St. Helen’s and Sefton working with partners and communities around the clock to deliver services that focus on quality and care.
Our service in South Sefton includes seven Group Practices based at Crosby Village, Crossways, Litherland, Maghull, Netherton, Seaforth and Thornton.
We have vacancies for Receptionist/Administration staff in the following practices:
Litherland/Seaforth up to 37.5 hours per week
Netherton Practice 27 -30 hours per week
Crossways Practice 27 - 30 hours per week
Crosby Village Practice 22.5 hours per week
Working closely with the Practice Manager and other team members you will provide a comprehensive reception and administration service to support the delivery of high quality, safe, effective care to our patients.
As a group of practices, we are working towards a new care model and this role will evolve into a Care Navigator.
We want to hear from people who are patient focused, flexible and organised who can demonstrate that they can meet the challenge of working within a busy, dynamic environment.
The Practices are open between 8.30 am and 6.30 pm Monday – Friday so a level of flexibility is required.
