Due to Maternity Leave within the Employment Services Team, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an Employment Services Administrator post.

This is part time fixed term post - 12 months from start date, 22.5 hours per week.

Reporting to the Employment Service Manager/Team Leader, the successful individual will be responsible for the accurate processing of employment services to our clients.

Employment Services Administrator will support the provision of a professional, efficient and integrated “one stop” service. This includes handling customer enquiries and where possible sign posting to the most appropriate source of information

For designated area of responsibility post holders will carry out accurate and timely administration in partnership with colleagues for a range of general routine administrative tasks.

Ideally, successful candidate will have NVQ Level 3 and/or equivalent qualifications or equivalent experience.
