Our Consultants/Doctors have peace of mind that they and their patients are being looked after without concern about finance, HR, marketing & PR, legal, administration and everything else that is involved in running a business.
The role is an Associate Practice Manager working within a cohesive team which provides comprehensive Private Practice and Medico-Legal Management services covering a variety of different medical specialisms.
This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a meritocratic company and learn from well experienced Practice Managers.
You will be the main support line for our Practice Managers in managing consultants’ clinics, correspondence and patient records as well as dealing with telephone enquiries and liaising with a variety of internal and external agencies (such as marketing/social media companies, hospital departments and insurance companies).
How you can expect to spend your day:
- Ensuring 100% accuracy for the specialists transcriptions
- Preparing specialists clinic's
- Liaising with patients for pre and post consultation payments, invoices and debt collection
- Supporting the Practice Managers so that their service to their specialists is of the highest standard
The ideal candidate's personality and qualifications:

- Strong in IT and have good English/communication skills
- Personable and patient
- Flexible and able to multi task
