Join Amnesty International’s Global Communications team in campaigning for meaningful human rights change. As part of the Digital Engagement Studio you’ll support the Campaigns & Communications Directorate by producing and scheduling content on Amnesty’s global social media channels.
A social media native, the Social Media Coordinator provides support to content owners across the International Secretariat and Regional Offices to ensure content best practices and quality assurance across channels, as well as coordinating the content production for strategic communications projects to be distributed throughout the global social ecosystem.
Organized and detailed-oriented, you have excellent editorial skills with a sound understanding of multi-channel writing, multimedia content and engaging digital audiences. You are an expert at community management and have a proven track record of running Instagram channels to engage audiences on the platform. You have experience in and are comfortable with running and supporting influencer marketing campaigns. An expert at prioritizing tasks and managing competing priorities, you’ll be the Communication Programme’s point person to ensure content is optimized for audiences, tested and published on time. A team player, you’ll collaborate with multiple stakeholders to increase adoption of the channels to grow and engage digital communities.
