Do you have experience of working in a busy administrative role? Do you have excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain effective working relationships? Do you want to be part of a vibrant team working across the University?
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to provide professional assistance to the Deputy Director of Sustainability and administrative assistance to the Sustainability Service Team.
Duties will include; the effective management and maintenance of electronic diaries, the arrangement of meetings and travel and preparing documentation for reports, meetings and presentations. You will provide administrative support for the Service including helping to coordinate the Service engagement activities and liaising confidently with staff across the University, students and external stakeholders as appropriate.
You will have strong experience of working in an administrative support role and excellent written skills. You will also possess excellent IT skills and have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. You will have excellent communication and organisation skills. Previous experience of diary management and PA duties would be desirable.
