Bonnier Books UK is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join the team. Reporting to the Head of IT Operations you will be part of a team of IT support staff split across our offices in Chelsea and Northampton. You will be the first point of call for IT issues that come in via the Helpdesk ticketing system and telephone, so must have the confidence to work with end users face-to-face, remotely and over the phone. The key to success in this role is having the ability to work as part of a team and independently where appropriate. Main responsibilities: 1st/2nd Line support to all employees. Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults raised via the IT Helpdesk System. Ability to prioritise work. Supporting Mac OS and Windows desktops and servers. Liaising with suppliers and partners. Documenting processes. Procurement of IT equipment. Generally the hours are 9am - 5:30pm but some out of hours or weekend work may be required from time to time.
