If you have a passion for delivering business growth this is a fantastic opportunity to be the backbone of our enterprise sales function, in this newly created Sales Operations Support position in our UK team. In a nutshell, your support and coordination efforts will play a huge part in enabling our rapidly growing SaaS sales team to succeed throughout the sales process and these are the skills you'll bring to the table and utilise daily to positively impact the teams' performance:

A Hawk-Eye for Detail: Pipeline accuracy is everything for a SaaS sales team and SalesForce is our CRM of choice for this. You'll be responsible for ensuring the information in here is accurate, updated and in the right place, pulling reports from here and owning SalesForce or the EMEA team. This is no mean feat so some SalesForce Admin experience is highly desirable!

Communication is Key: In an environment where things move quickly and change daily the ability to know and keep on top of what's happening and when is essential. You'll need to cajole the sales team to keep on track with SalesForce, keep on top of their diaries to know what meetings are happening and when and have a constant flow of dialogue to best support their needs. We like to over-communicate here and needless to say written and verbal communication skills are paramount!

Relationship Building: The sales team will be relying on you hugely so it's critical you can forge trusting relationships with them quickly, get to know how each of them operates, and know them as humans too! This is also an awesome opportunity to have visibility with some great minds at varying levels across other areas of the business, including operations and legal who sit in NYC - needless to say your abilities to make friends and influence people will be key!

Organisation Skills to Boot: If you're a pro at embracing a constant inflow of information, efficiently organising it and effectively prioritising to deliver on a day-to-day basis you'll do just fine here! There will be a mixture of time-sensitive, daily, weekly, monthly and project related tasks so you'll definitely put your metaphorical juggling skills to great use at BounceX!

So what experience can you bring to the BounceX Enterprise Sales team?

  • You'll know what it takes to operationally support a busy and growing sales team through the full sales lifecycle so will have worked in a sales support and/or operations role previously - this will be your chance to own it!
  • SalesForce (or another CRM platform) experience - pretty please!
  • Amazing organisational skills, you will have had experience staying on top of not only your own calendar but others too.
  • You've multi-tasked to meet multiple deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced team
  • Booking travel, via plane, train or automobile
  • Previous experience in a startup environment where you've had to take charge and help out wherever necessary
  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills
