Reception UK is an established reception/concierge service who believes that first impressions count. We pride ourselves on our attention to details and service provisions. We are looking for someone that can join our ever growing team and provide the high calibre performance that Reception UK are known for.
The reception area in question needs 1 exceptional concierge to cover the in newly refurbished prestigious building. You are expected to work with the onsite teams to ensure a smooth running service. It is a multi - tenanted building. We expect the best in customer service and presentation skills at all times. The building will need the up-most professionalism.
Person specification:
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to use own initiative.
  • Friendly, able to get on with others and be a team-player.
  • Reliable and flexible (may be expected to work occasional evenings).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Confident, professional and presentable.
Essential Skills
  • Understands the principles of marketing and hospitality industry.
  • Appreciates need for consistency within company's branding and marketing mix.
  • Administration experience.
  • Educated to A-Level level or equivalent.
  • Must be experienced in use of MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint, Internet and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Understanding of Web management.
  • Excellent written English and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in all social media including Facebook & Twitter etc
To assist in ensuring consistency of all marketing materials.
  • To assist in creating tenant community through the use of marketing, PR, events, promotions, social media and customer service initiatives.
  • To assist in the content management of the building website and report on site stats and put forward proposals for development.
  • To act as a brand ambassador for the building and to assist in ensuring every opportunity is taken to present the building in a positive light.
  • To build and develop relationships / partnerships with tenants, local businesses and the community.
  • Monitor services provided by competing office buildings.
Assist agents with viewings with potential tenants and provide building information where requested.
  • Conduct inspections of common parts and void floors (frequency to be agreed with line manager), complete checklist and advise facilities manager of any repair or maintenance issues.
Budgets
  • To help identify cost saving and more efficient working practices.
  • To support the Line Manager in the management of the marketing budget where appropriate.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience of managing marketing agency activities.
  • An awareness of the local community and environment.
  • Event co-ordination/management experience.
  • CIM or business / marketing qualification.
