A global financial services institution is seeking an Italian qualified lawyer for a key role within their legal team. This role will sit in the legal Italian coverage team and you will provide legal support across the Italian investment banking business. You will support on a broad range of transactional/advisory and documentation work with a focus on DCM, structured finance and distressed debt.
As an Italian qualified lawyer with at least 3 years experience you will have proven experience in the DCM or structured products space (both would be preferable). You will have had training from a well known international or Italian law firm and ideally will also have a UK qualification as well as Italian although this is not essential. As well as this you must be fully fluent in both Italian and English and due to the level of stakeholder exposure you will have good communication skills. The role will be based in London and not involve any travel at this stage.
