Role Summary:
To work alongside Project Manager providing proficient and efficient co-ordination and support with planning / sourcing / manufacturing and assisting in all activities typical in a production or services project fulfilling customer needs to specific and critical deadlines.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Assist PM with the organization and control of the project scope of work, both internally with BHGE and externally with key client
- Communicate clearly and compliantly with all internal and external stakeholders - Implement and adhere to all HSE, QA, QS and Risk Management protocols in accordance with BHGE and customer contractual requirements
  • Manage Oracle system dates to ensure dates are kept up to date in real time basis and closed down correctly on completion
  • Manage cost control during both procurement and manufacture phases to enhance margins
  • Accurate and timely reporting to both PM and customer
  • Monitoring of sub contract activities
  • Attend customer meetings where required

Qualifications/Requirements:
Proven track record in similar role
Strong administrative skills / experience
PC Literate with Microsoft Office packages
