This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, proactive and impeccably well organised Administrator to play a vital role within an exciting research environment. You will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support to assist the BHF Regenerative Medicine Director/British Heart Foundation (BHF) Centre Administrator in the day-to-day administration, management, and smooth running of the Section. Duties and responsibilities
The role also involves assisting with various administrative tasks related to the Centre Director’s additional role as Campus Director for Hammersmith and White City. The role will be varied and wide-ranging. Principal duties will include providing support in grant, publication, and diary management, travel arrangements, maintaining records and other administrative tasks.
You will be required to demonstrate IT experience and self-sufficiency in software such as Office 365 and SharePoint. You will also to demonstrate the technical ability to navigate new online systems and attend training where required.
