We are currently looking to recruit a Property Administration Assistant to work at our busy Head Office in Kirby Muxloe. This is a demanding fast paced role and requires the successful candidate to be extremely organised.
Property Administration Assistant Reports to: The Property Director
To provide administrative support to the Property Director.
Checking and processing invoices including liaising with supplier accounts departments in order to resolve disputes.
Raising purchase orders, invoices and placing written and verbal instructions with contractors.
Information gathering /compilation.
Liaising with stores to discuss / identify issues and coordinate suitable course of action with contractors. Review progress and chase when necessary.
Provide general administration support to the Property Director including telephone answering / message taking, ad hoc typing and preparation of information for reports / meetings,general filing duties.
Skills & Qualifications
Must have excellent PC skills, including word processing and spreadsheet packages.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Must have good written and verbal communication skills.
Must have a high level of numerical accuracy.
Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team.
Ability to prioritise workload.
Confident, outgoing and friendly manner.
