Your responsibilities will include the provision of domain expertise and support in a collaborative manner with the US Global Payroll and Benefits team, provide Payroll information and administrative support to our associates and suppliers in country, assisting in managing relationships and facilitation of meetings. You will also provide country and regional expertise on regulatory, industry and best practices approach to Payroll as well as conducting presentations to associates and others and you will conduct research and analyze data in other to provide solutions.

- Bachelor's degree in General Studies or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience
- At least 2 years of experience working in HR payroll
- Experience with international payroll, a strong basis in one payroll country with a desire to grow in other countries is nevertheless sufficient.
- French language skills or another European language is a plus
- Experience with HRIS
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work overtime and irregular hours when needed especially during peak periods
- Ability to travel as needed, up to 20%
