Balfour Beatty has an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist/Administrator (18 month FTC) to join our Highways team to work in Maidstone.
What you'll be doing
As a Receptionist/Administrator you will:
- Manage and welcome all visitors to the project office;
- Organise meetings and meeting rooms;
- Manage off-site meetings, workshops and events;
- Undertake general administration duties;
- Take notes and produce minutes from meetings;
Who we're looking for
- Have experience using Word and Excel;
- Have good organisational skills;
- Be proficient in administration, writing, numeracy, IT and MS Office;
- Have proven ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative;
- Have the ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines;
- Be able to liaise with Corporate EAs to organise meetings and events.
