By supporting all aspects of adoption social work
By being the first point of contact for prospective adopters, providing them with information about and supporting them through the process
By helping to run information sessions
By conducting initial assessments of suitability
By working as part of a team, yet having the ability to work on your own initiative as required.

- A flexible approach, the ability to work to deadlines and manage changing priorities at short notice.
- Good organisation skills.

- Minimum 29 days' holiday (pro rata)
- Flexible working, including maternity, paternity and adoption packages
- Season ticket travel loans
- Company pension scheme
- Discounts at major high street retailers.
Plus, there's a lot more besides.
