YourLife Management Services is a well-established and rapidly expanding, nationwide company, looking for an Administrator at The Clockhouse, Guildford. The Clockhouse, Guilford is a Retirement Living PLUS property with 50 one- and two-bedroom apartments.
McCarthy & Stone Retirement Living PLUS properties are designed to be age exclusive, providing specific amenities and conveniences for those 70 and over. With a mobility scooter charging room and parking available onsite, homeowners will be able to enjoy the local area and all that it has to offer with ease and comfort.
The location offers easy access to the local bus services and major arterial roads including the A3, M3 and M25. Guildford railway station also provides access to London Waterloo and neighbouring towns.
About the role:
As an Administrator you will undertake administrative duties to support the efficient operation and Estates Management team of the Assisted Living Development team.
Within this position you will be responsible for a range of tasks:
Liaising with the Home Owners
Taking lunch bookings and taking orders for personal care Housekeeping duties
Welcoming visitors to the development
Producing letters and other correspondence to residents

What do you need?
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team, focusing on our homeowner’s well-being whilst delivering an exceptional service at all times.
You will need to be flexible to support on a range of shift times from early mornings to late evening to support your wider team.
Experience of working in an administrative role
Knowledge of working with Microsoft Office software and good general education including GCSE’s
Appointments are subject to a satisfactory certificate from the DBS.
