Working in our secondary care environments is completely different from our community pharmacies that make up most of the LloydsPharmacy estate. You will be supported with a training course to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge required for working in a hospital or Mental Health setting. On a daily basis you will be interacting with Doctors and Nurses, hospital patients and the LloydsPharmacy team.
As a Sales Assistant or Healthcare Assistant you will be an important member of the team, giving great service and compelling reasons for customers to come back time and time again. You will be giving advice, making sales and providing personalised solutions that meet the needs of our customers. If you haven't already completed it, you will be supported by us to gain your Healthcare Assistant qualification.
You will need to have a passion for healthcare, the confidence to speak with customers and the ability to communicate and question effectively.
