Vacancy Description

Our client has been established since 2008, and has been successful in providing on-site, high quality Forklift Truck Training in Essex, Hertfordshire, Kent, Suffolk and Norfolk. As Industry qualified trainers they are able to ensure their customers receive the best possible training for your operatives. They also provide the complete range of outsourced HR Services.

They are looking for a HR & FLT Administrator Apprentice to join their friendly team. The main purpose of this role is to support all colleagues & MD with any HR, marketing or business related administrative duties.

Main Duties:

  • General administrative tasks
  • Scheduling FLT training/ appointments/meetings
  • Updating FLT diary
  • Marketing activity and admin, mailshots, organising events, producing flyers/promotional material, PR, etc.
  • To answer incoming calls and take details of advice requested. Log all advice calls and direct to the appropriate person
  • Provide administrative support for client recruitment
  • Providing any required support at organising Business Shows/Fairs/Events
  • Liaising with third party providers e.g. occupational health, payroll, recruitment agencies etc.
  • Tracking and recording all own billable work
  • Scanning/filing ensuring Sugar and client Toolkits are updated
  • Any other administrative support ensuring high levels of accuracy at all times

The successful apprentice will work towards a well-respected and nationally recognised NVQ qualification in Business Administration, level 3.

There will be a permanent position available on the completion of the apprenticeship with further development opportunities.
