The Governors of Walcott Primary School wish to appoint an administrative assistant to deal with general day to day school management, ten hours a week (two hours each morning).
The successful candidate will work closely with the business manager based at Mrs Mary King’s Church of England Primary School the partner school in the Carrdyke Federation.
The job will involve:
Collecting petty cash, processing orders, working with the school management system (Integris), answering the phone and general admin tasks.
We require someone who is highly professional and has excellent communication skills. They will need to be trustworthy and able to handle sensitive information with integrity. We need someone who can create a warm welcoming first impression to the school. An ability to work with computers is essential, however training on the use of management software will be given.
