An excellent opportunity is available for a part time Team Administrator to join the Community Mental Health Team in Ware, Hertfordshire.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an efficient and effective administrative and secretarial support to the team. As part of the role, you will be required to support in recording all data relating to Safeguarding investigations being undertaken by the team. responsibilities will include tracking safeguarding referrals ,arranging meetings, taking minutes and liaising with other professionals , service users and carers in relation to the safeguarding meetings. This is a busy and varied role, good interpersonal skills are required. You will receive specialist training for minute taking for Safeguarding meetings and on the use of the Electronic Patient Record system and will need to be confident in the use of the full Microsoft Office suite including outlook and the use of spreadsheets.
You will be joining a large and busy administration team, working in an open plan office environment , supporting the work of clinical team in providing a high quality service for those with mental health problems.
Applicant should be able to demonstrate the ability to work well within a team, prioritise and manage own workload and display initiative whilst maintaining a positive, professional and calm approach.
