Confetti Institute of Creative Technologies (CICT) is a forward thinking centre of learning, home to the very best technology, studios, equipment and industry-connected tutors. Now in our 25th year, we provide a vibrant and professional learning environment for over 1600 passionate and committed students studying for careers in the creative industries. In 2015 the Confetti Media Group was acquired by Nottingham Trent University, increasing the opportunities for growth and success over the coming years. We are currently undergoing an exciting campus transformation, part of a £12m development programme.
Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a School Administrator to join our MIS team in CICT. As a School Administrator you will be responsible for the continued development and organisation of administrative functions for Confetti Courses. You will act as the first point of contact for all academic staff, students, student services teams and external stakeholders. You will coordinate events and meetings, processing relevant paperwork and handling queries in a timely manner. In addition, you will work with the wider MIS team to ensure internal systems and databases are accurate and up to date. You will be joining a friendly, hardworking and diverse team at an exciting time in the history of CMG.
To be considered, you will need demonstrable experience of working in a busy administrative department, ideally within an educational environment and have experience of liaising with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. You will be highly proficient with MSOffice packages and used to working with relevant internal systems and databases. Comfortable handling confidential data, you will be highly organised, detail orientated and able to work under pressure. You will also possess strong communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
