We are looking for a dynamic, resillient, flexible and friendly Locality Team Administrator to support the Service Manager, Clinical Team Lead and the 0-19 intgrated team of approximately 60 people.
The role is varied and essential to the effective functioning of our teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Data inputting to maintain rotas, attendance records and mileage and subsistence claims to ensure that staff receive correct payments;
- Ordering stock and resources for cluster teams to ensure the effective running of services;
- Processing HR forms and maintaining accurate staff records;
- Minuting team meetings;
- Providing administrative support for strategic planning alongside the service manager;
- Working as part of a countywide team of Locality Team Administrators to support one another during times of increased pressure.
The base for this post is: Weston Favell Health Centre Billing Brook Road, Northampton NN3 8DW.
