Who are we looking for:
Administrative Assistant who can support our Aberdeen and Glasgow IT Department.

About you:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, as well as excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Ability to multiple tasks and deliver results with aggressive timelines
  • Take initiative to recommend process improvements and demonstrate creative thinking
  • Demonstrate sharp, analytical, problem solving
  • Able and willing to work independently under tight deadlines, with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Responsibilities:
  • General Administrative support of the Aberdeen and Glasgow offices
  • Assist with onboarding new hire members
  • Manage Directors calendar, schedule 1:1’s for his direct reports
  • Schedule candidate interviews, phone and onsite
  • Manage bills/invoices, cash box
  • Schedule and organize maintenance and repairs within the locations
  • Answer phone, and door buzzer in location when needed
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
  • High school education required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus
  • 3+ years’ experience in an administrative support role
  • Must be a self-starter who can troubleshoot challenges on the fly
  • Strong computer skills, MS Office, Word and Excel
