The Alumni and Development Office at the University of Bradford is undergoing expansion as it seeks to deliver key outcomes in support of a number of strategic goals of the Directorate of External Affairs and University. As part of this growth, we have an exciting opportunity for a confident and enthusiastic Alumni Engagement Officer (International) to join the team and provide a dedicated operational level resource to help develop and cultivate relationships with international alumni and key stakeholders.
This is a varied and interesting role which will involve managing complex projects and programmes, cross-team communication and relationship management, data management and content development for the web and other communications channels. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic and committed team-player possessing excellent organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a flexible, proactive and positive approach to managing an ever-changing workload. Experience and understanding of managing events and communications for an external (and international) audience, including alumni and high-profile individuals where possible, is essential. The role holder will be expected to undertake some overseas travel as part of this post.
