The Role

We are seeking to recruit a dynamic administration assistant to join a friendly team who can support multiple Fee Earners up to Partner level.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Inputting of Reservations and data into case management system and double-checking documents and data entry
  • Understanding different client needs
  • Scanning and preparing documentation
  • General administration i.e. filing, faxing, photocopying etc
  • Binding legal documents, preparing plans and folders
  • Updating and maintaining databases
  • efiling correspondence
  • Archiving files
  • Assisting with general office maintenance and day to day running of the office
  • Helping to cover reception as required during breaks, holidays and absences


Key Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Excellent organisations skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Organised with time and documents
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Flexible, can do approach
  • Team player
