Manager, Social Media Influencer Relations
The Too Faced social media team is growing and seeking a Manager, Social Media Influencer Relations. This position is responsible for developing the brand’s overall influencer global strategy. The ideal candidate has substantial experience in influencer relations as it relates to identifying influencers, building relationships and developing programming/content globally.
This position is based in the United Kingdom.
THIS IS HOW YOU WORK IT:
Define and execute UK influencer marketing strategy to encourage advocacy and support key launches
Lead all social influencer programs including long-term relationships, seasonal activation, and substantial micro-influencer program
Lead ideation, identification and execution of influencer partnerships, storytelling and social content creation across multiple channels and platforms
Empower and partner with regions and affiliates to engage with influencers and deliver timely and relevant high-impact content
Provide guidance to international team around local influencer partnerships to ensure global consistency
Lead UK influencer partnership negotiations
Understand the UK influencer landscape, their social platforms, content creation patterns and their work within the larger beauty and fashion industry
Develop stories leveraging influencers to connect to brand objectives and consumer needs
Partner with international team to expand and maintain influencer activity in various markets by hosting in market brand events
Build content calendars specific to influencer marketing, aligning with Marketing, Digital, Social Media, PR, and Retail teams to reflect key programs and product launches
Track and analyze all outreach performance, content, conversion rates to estimate ROI and advise on best strategies
Perform competitive analysis, industry research, assessment of best practices and KPIs (e.g. earned media value) in a consistently changing landscape
Monitor, track and share new digital and social trends, tools and platforms to connect with brand strategies
Utilize Tribe Dynamics and other social listening tools/platforms to measure influencer activity against brand KPIs
Develop recommendations informed by consumer insights, KPIs and industry landscape
Attend influencer events both domestically and internationally
THIS IS WHAT YOU’RE MADE OF:
5-7 years of beauty PR or talent relations experience preferred
Digital fluency in the beauty or fashion influencer landscape
Degree in Communication, PR, Marketing or related subject
Demonstrate preexisting relationships with influencers and experience in digital platforms, content development, PR, social media, editorial and consumer marketing
Creative thinker who can brainstorm innovative ideas/strategies to support brand initiatives with focus on editorial storytelling, influencers and consumer engagement
Excellent team player with the ability to build, foster and nurture supportive and collaborative relationships
An 'early adopter' of digital trends with a passion for digital projects
Active within social media and digital platforms in a global capacity
Can-do positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach; personable and flexible with demands and changes in business
Highly-organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Strategic thinker willing to push the envelope and bring fresh, innovative ideas to life
