Building Attendant Part Time Jobs Vacancy at University Nottingham Nottingham Jobs Details:
Based at our Sutton Bonington Campus (near Loughborough) the successful candidate will support the day to day running of University buildings, setting up rooms to meet customer requirements. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing information and assistance where required and will be responsible for locking and unlocking buildings and testing fire alarms. Other duties include the collection and delivery of internal mail, identifying and completing small scale maintenance tasks, inspecting fixtures and fittings and reporting faults within your area of responsibility providing excellent customer service at all times..
It is essential for this role that candidates have experience of working in a similar customer facing environment. Ideally you will also have experience of setting up meeting rooms, knowledge of testing fire and security alarm systems and have cleaning experience gained within a similar environment.
Hours of work are 22.5 per week, worked 5 days out of 7 to arranged (mainly Monday to Friday) either between 7.00am and 11.30am or 11.30am and 4.00pm. Flexibility will be required.
