Signature Printing Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Business Administration Apprentice working in the role of Customer Service office administrator to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the customer service with all of our online and telephone customers, as well as various other administrative and business support tasks in the office.
Duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Responding to emails
  • Support tickets
  • Answering phone calls
  • Organising paperwork
  • To be successful, a candidate will need to have a good telephone manner, have good typing skills and a positive attitude towards customer service

Being an online business, our entire reputation relies upon friendly, helpful and speedy customer service. All customer queries must be dealt with on a daily basis in a proactive manner, ensuring that every single customer is happy with the outcome.
The successful candidate will liase with and report to the Managing Director on a daily / weekly basis, as they will be sharing a city centre office with him.
Good interpersonal skills are a must, and previous experience of customer service or office administration would be favorable although not essential.

With or without experience, the candidate must be adaptable and keen to learn, with a positive attitude to hard work. The business is ever-growing and in peak seasons, workload can be high, so we are looking for a responsible and self motivated candidate for this role.

Our business is constantly developing and growing year on year. We seek to grow our customer support and business support teams at our Head Office in Chester, so a successful and willing candidate has the prospect of moving into team leader and managerial duties as the team grows.
Despite being an apprenticeship, we offer quarterly reviews for all team members. For the most motivated and hard working individuals such reviews can lead to pay rises on each review.

Things to consider

The role will be based at our Chester city centre office.
