We are a Major Trauma Unit and the Mersey Regional Burns Unit.

The PALS team are looking for Temporary cover the PALS Team are a Trust wide service providing problem resolution, advice, information and support – ensuring concerns or problems raised by patients, relatives and carers are resolved as quickly as possible. This requires excellent interpersonal, mediation and negotiation skills, with an emphasis to tact and diplomacy. This is a multi-faceted role which requires the ability to record information on to a database and disseminate to other Trust staff. Therefore computer literacy to ECDL or equivalent is required.
